Our dedicated team includes licensed Respiratory Therapists and highly trained Medical Equipment Technicians committed to delivering comprehensive care and support to our clients. Overview Medi-Rents & Sales is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, repair, calibrate, maintain, and test a variety of medical equipment used in home healthcare settings. You will play a critical role in ensuring equipment is functioning safely and reliably for our customers and patients Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain medical equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Perform preventative maintenance, safety testing, and equipment inspections. Document repairs, maintenance activities, and service records accurately. Manage repair parts inventory and maintain an organized work area. Assist with equipment assembly, delivery preparation, and customer equipment service. Utilize company software for inventory, maintenance tracking, and service documentation. Follow all company, state, and federal policies and safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Three months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. No professional certificate or licensure required, although preferred. Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to learn medical equipment systems and company software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
