Repair of plumbing and associated equipment. HVAC maintenance. Water treatment of pools ,boilers and water softeners. Maintenance of Ice Machines. Paint touch up throughout property. Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and repairs. Possess skill and ability to operate hand and power tools. Knowledge of Caulking. Drywall patching. May be called in for emergency if needed Typical end time: 4PM Typical start time: 8
