$18.00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Technician to join a leading medical technology organization. In this role, you will diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test medical instruments and equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test medical instruments and related sub-assemblies. Perform repairs on loaner equipment, certified pre-owned products, and customer-owned units. Follow documented procedures, engineering drawings, and work instructions to complete repairs accurately. Ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Troubleshoot issues independently and communicate updates to support teams. Assist team members by providing guidance, coaching, and repair support. Train and support new employees on processes, work centers, and best practices. Maintain an organized, compliant, and safe workstation. Utilize material flow and inventory processes accurately. Participate in continuous improvement, lean initiatives, problem-solving activities, and daily operational meetings. Submit suggestions to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, repair, or technical experience preferred. Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, or schematics preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures. Experience with SAP, 1PLM, and Microsoft Excel preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
