Position Overview Lano Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Lawn and Garden Mechanic to spearhead our field service repairs and equipment diagnostics. This pivotal role blends hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and on-site equipment repair. The ideal candidate brings lawn and garden repair expertise and a proactive approach to maximizing repair quality and minimizing customer downtime. This role oversees on-site machinery troubleshooting, preventative maintenance execution, and field response efficiency while aligning technical workmanship with safety and manufacturer compliance standards. The ideal candidate pairs strong technical diagnostic skills with a collaborative, customer-first approach to excel in our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Relationship Management Prioritize the needs of service customers first and foremost, ensuring an exceptional and seamless service experience. Cultivate long-term customer relationships through the proactive and successful management of product support and service delivery.

Administrative, Financial & Data Management ERP Database Integrity:

Maintain, update, and manage comprehensive customer profiles and service histories within the company's Aspen ERP system.

Cross-Functional Communication Interdepartmental Alignment:

Effectively communicate customer requirements, technical details, and timelines across all involved departments to guarantee accurate and punctual service delivery.

Qualifications & Core Competencies Required Experience Industry Expertise :

Proven experience working with lawn and garden equipment such as Toro and Stihl products.

Technical & Professional Skills Multitasking & Agility:

Exceptional ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Communication & Sales Execution Communication Excellence:
