Do you:

Thrive troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues up to 480V? Know your way around motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatics? Have hands-on experience with conveyors, sortation, ASRS, and packaging equipment? Stay cool when clearing jams, chasing sensor faults, or tackling minor electrical/pneumatic failures? Use schematics, basic PLC/HMI diagnostics, and PLC troubleshooting to zero in on root causes? Log accurate work in a CMMS and push preventive maintenance and calibrations? Work well with teammates, vendors, and support staff—and enjoy assisting junior techs? What you'll do Serve as a primary responder for equipment issues across automated material handling systems. Execute PMs, system calibrations, and reliability tasks to prevent repeat failures. Contribute to continuous improvement and formal root cause analysis (RCA). Maintain safety rigor, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe tool/equipment use. What we're looking for 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (automation, conveyors, electrical, mechanical). Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; 120/208/240/480V systems proficiency. Knowledge of pneumatics and conveyor mechanics; ability to read electrical schematics. Basic PLC/controls understanding with PLC/HMI diagnostic capability. CMMS familiarity; strong communication and problem-solving; comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
