Warranty Specialist Position Overview Iron Horse Exteriors is seeking a dependable, solution-oriented Warranty Specialist to manage warranty requests, troubleshoot project issues, and coordinate repairs from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage warranty claims and service requests for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Inspect projects to identify issues, determine root causes, and develop repair solutions. Coordinate warranty repairs with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and office staff. Communicate with customers and provide updates throughout the repair process. Document issues, inspections, repairs, and associated costs. Track open warranty items and ensure all issues are resolved promptly. Identify recurring problems and help improve workmanship and quality control. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Must have exterior construction experience Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests. Valid driver's license and ability to perform field inspections.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
