Installation Technician Salary Range :
$20-$22hr Based on
Experience The Opportunity:
SASR Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) Installation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will install, replace, and configure electronic shelf labels in retail stores while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This position requires working as part of a team to complete store projects on schedule with minimal disruption to store operations. As a vital part of the SASR team, you'll embody our commitment to professionalism, respect, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include working closely with team members to ensure project deadlines are met, representing SASR with integrity, and maintaining positive interactions with clients and customers. This role requires extensive travel, making it perfect for those who thrive on variety and enjoy dynamic environments.
What You'll Do:
Install and replace electronic shelf labels (ESLs) throughout retail locations. Remove existing shelf tags and hardware as needed. Mount and secure ESL rails, brackets, and labels according to project specifications. Pair, activate, and verify electronic shelf labels using handheld devices or mobileapplications. Ensure all labels are correctly assigned and display accurate product information. Identify and report damaged fixtures, equipment, or installation issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all client procedures and safety guidelines. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Communicate effectively with project leads, store management, and team members. Travel to assigned retail locations as required.
Qualifications:
Previous retail, merchandising, fixture installation, assembly, or construction experience is a plus. Experience using smartphones, tablets, or handheld technology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. What You'll Need:
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site Must be able to stand 8+ hours on concrete floors Frequently lift merchandise, fixtures, etc. up to 50 lbs. Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments. Retail merchandising/setting/stocking experience preferred. Ability to read and set planograms preferred. Understand and work within SASR's and the client's company policies and procedures.
