Experience:

1 to 3 years relevant experience preferredFamiliarity with ESD-safe handling proceduresStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaceAbility to lift and handle components safelyAll applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the test process, co-working with areas to identify root causesSupports manufacturing areas to understand test designs, develops analysis support on hardware and software, and implements test codes to ensure manufactured products meet quality, safety, and performance standardsThis role supports engineering to implement test processes, working closely with local and global engineers to troubleshoot hardware and software issuesSupport test infrastructure, working with production to improve quality and efficiency, and providing feedback for "Design for Test" improvementsEnsure the Test Information Management System (TT Support, Code Mgt, Code Distribution, Server Maintenance) is up-to-date and functioning properlyConfigure and support the test architecture/infrastructure, ensuring its 24/7 operationSupport the test plan for NPIs (New Products Introduction) and their life cycleSupport NPI phases on tests for NPI units, ensuring full test complianceImplement new projects, tools, improvements, test code, etcDevelop and document tools to support the production processAnalyze the test and quality indicators (target) of each job, issuing quality reportsSupport the Quality team on their analysis and support the Out of box and Xtend customer test (XCSA)Carry out installation and calibration activities of functional and reliability test equipmentComply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management systems.
