Maintenance & Automation Analyst Department:

$21.00/Hr Position Summary The Maintenance & Automation Analyst supports equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role works with assembly equipment, PLC-controlled systems, robotics, AGVs, conveyors, and automated manufacturing technologies to minimize downtime and improve performance. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation equipment. Perform and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs. Support production downtime recovery and root-cause analysis. Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTTR, and MTBF metrics. Support PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, AGVs, and automated systems. Maintain accurate maintenance records and recommend reliability improvements. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Management to resolve equipment issues.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automation, or controls. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical and electrical equipment. Working knowledge of PLC-controlled systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Experience with preventive maintenance and downtime reduction.

Preferred:

Universal Robots, AGVs/AMRs, PLC programming, conveyors, servo drives, machine vision systems, industrial networking, CMMS, and root-cause analysis tools. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Education:
