Job Description

Company Profile Based in Youngsville, NC, Sirchie manufactures high-quality forensic science and crime scene investigation products, customized special purpose vehicles, and provides hands-on training for the law enforcement, public safety, medical, and education communities around the globe. Job Overview The Electronic Technician III creates, maintains, and repairs the electronic components and equipment used by Sirchie in any equipment or device that involves electricity. Also, this position uses specialized measuring and diagnostic devices to evaluate how electrical equipment works, build electronic devices based on reading schematics, inspect for problems, replace old equipment and install new equipment, and much more. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Inspect, calibrate, and test electronic equipment to ensure applicable regulatory and safety standards are met Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, and modify developmental and production electronic components Understands and can interpret drawings and schematics Document processes and maintain service and test records Comply with all company safety rules and guidelines, and wear PPE if required. This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. Required Qualifications Associate's degree
IPC J-STD-001

Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
