Hours:
Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Job Information Put your electrical troubleshooting skills to work where they make an immediate impact. As an Electrical Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Bobcat compact equipment by identifying and resolving electrical issues directly on the production floor. In this hands-on role, you'll partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Product Engineering teams to investigate electrical defects, determine root causes, and implement lasting solutions. You'll also help improve assembly processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to building the industry-leading equipment our customers depend on every day. Role & Responsibility
Electrical Root Cause Analysis Understand electrical schematics and know how to use troubleshooting tools to diagnose electrical defects. Containment and Corrective Action Work with appropriate engineering groups to contain defects and initiate corrective actions.
May include updating standard work and ECN implementation support. Root Cause Documentation Work with Quality Engineering team to appropriately document electrical defects. Includes documentation of problem, root cause, and resolution. Communicate Best Practices Assist in training operators on standard work and best practices. Collaborate with engineering groups to improve electrical routings and installation procedures. Part/Process Assessment Execute part/process evaluation to conformance of standard work and best practices to identify and execute improvements or communicate findings to appropriate teams.
