In this role, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and test customer equipment while ensuring products meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Whether you have previous mechanical experience or are looking to build a long-term career in a technical field, we provide the training, tools, and opportunities needed to succeed. Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment and components
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Perform testing and quality inspections on completed products
• Reassemble products to manufacturer specifications
• Document repairs, inspections, and testing results accurately
• Work with supervisors and team members to resolve technical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures
• Assist in other production areas as needed Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Previous repair, manufacturing, automotive, agricultural, military maintenance, or technical experience is a plus Requirements
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
