Electronics Repair Technician (Direct Hire) Willingboro, NJ $20-$26/hr DOE Direct Hire | Permanent Position Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime Available | At Least 1 Saturday Per Month Required Put Your Electronics Repair Skills to Work We're hiring an experienced Electronics Repair Technician for a direct hire, permanent opportunity with a stable and growing company. This position is ideal for someone with strong soldering skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic components at the board level. What You'll Do Install and remove electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) Perform through-hole and surface mount soldering and rework Troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the component level Use digital multimeters to test and verify repairs Inspect solder joints and repair defects as needed Follow work instructions, quality standards, and documentation procedures Maintain a clean, organized, ESD-safe work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of through-hole and surface mount soldering experience Component-level troubleshooting experience Ability to use a digital multimeter for diagnostics Knowledge of electronic components, polarity, and PCB assembly Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Qualifications IPC soldering certification Oscilloscope experience Previous electronics repair, manufacturing, or PCB assembly experience Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime available At least one Saturday per month is required Physical Requirements Frequent standing and repetitive hand movement Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
