Job Description
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial janitorial cleaning equipment. Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs. Service and repair small gasoline-powered engines, including snow blowers and pressure washers. Identify defective components and determine necessary replacement parts. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment adjustments. Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and safety. Complete repair documentation, work orders, and parts lists accurately. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment. Perform equipment repairs both in our repair facility Walk-behind and ride-on automatic floor scrubbers Floor buffers, polishers, and burnishers Commercial wet/dry vacuum cleaners Carpet extractors and cleaning machines Commercial floor sweepers Battery-operated cleaning equipment Small Engine & Other Equipment Gasoline-powered snow blowers Commercial hot and cold water pressure washers Small gasoline-powered equipment Pumps, motors, and related mechanical systems
