In this role, you will diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles, perform routine maintenance, complete warranty and customer-pay work, and ensure repairs meet factory and safety standards. You'll use manufacturer diagnostic tools, follow repair orders accurately, maintain detailed documentation, and uphold a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz vehicles using factory diagnostic systems Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements according to manufacturer specifications Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders accurately and on time Document all work performed, parts used, and recommendations in the repair order system Conduct road tests and quality checks to verify proper operation and safety Follow all dealership, safety, and manufacturer standards and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay and workspace Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates on repair status and recommendations Participate in ongoing Mercedes-Benz and dealership training and certification programs Support a customer-first culture with professional, respectful service Required Skills Automotive diagnostics Mechanical repair Electrical systems troubleshooting Use of OEM diagnostic tools Reading repair manuals and wiring diagrams Brake and suspension service Engine and transmission repair basics Warranty repair procedures Service documentation and RO management Safety and shop compliance
