We're seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a state-of-the-art concrete paver manufacturing facility . This is your opportunity to work on advanced automated production equipment, Siemens-controlled conveyor systems, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems in a brand-new plant environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Siemens PLC Controlled Conveyor Systems Allen-Bradley & Siemens PLC Troubleshooting 480V / 3-Phase Electrical Systems VFDs, AC Motors, Sensors & Photo Eyes Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Concrete Mixing Equipment Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Industrial Automation & Controls Blueprint & Electrical Schematic Reading 🛠

RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair Siemens-controlled automated conveyors and production equipment Diagnose PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures Troubleshoot Siemens and Allen-Bradley control systems Repair VFDs, motors, sensors, photo eyes, and electrical components Perform 3-phase and 480V electrical troubleshooting Maintain and repair concrete mixing systems and production machinery Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, and automated equipment Complete industrial wiring and electrical repairs Respond quickly to downtime events and restore production Support shutdown maintenance, major repairs, and equipment overhauls Document repairs and maintenance activities Work overtime and Saturdays as production requires

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE

5+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Siemens PLC Troubleshooting Experience Manufacturing Maintenance 480V / 3-Phase Electrical Experience Hydraulic & Pneumatic Troubleshooting Conveyor System Experience VFD, AC Motor, Sensor & Photo Eye Experience Ability to Read Electrical Schematics Personal Maintenance Tools Strong Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting Skills 🔥

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
