Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Bowling Mechanic to keep our lanes running smoothly. You'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our pinsetters, lanes, and related equipment so every game goes off without a hitch. The ideal candidate is mechanically minded, a strong problem-solver, and takes pride in keeping a one-of-a-kind facility in top shape.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pinsetters, ball returns, and lane equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly, including during busy hours, to keep downtime to a minimum Clean, condition, and oil lanes according to maintenance schedules Maintain and troubleshoot scoring systems and related electronics Track parts and supplies, flag low inventory, and report equipment needs Keep maintenance logs and records of repairs and service Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and keep work areas clean and hazard-free Communicate with front-of-house staff about lane issues and repair timelines

Qualifications:

Experience as a bowling mechanic or in a similar mechanical repair role preferred Familiarity with [Brunswick / AMF] pinsetters a plus Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read diagrams and schematics Comfortable working with hand and power tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including on-call as needed An appreciation for the unique atmosphere of
