What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus. Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical/mechanical schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when required.
