Job Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot failed circuit board assemblies using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, and functional test systems.

Analyze electrical schematics and load software into electronic modules to identify and evaluate production, line-return, and warranty-related failures.

Repair circuit boards by removing and replacing surface mount and through-hole components in accordance with

IPC-J-STD-001

soldering standards.

Utilize electronic rework and soldering equipment, including soldering irons, de-soldering tools, hot air stations, and SMT rework systems, while following ESD and quality requirements.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Test Engineering, and fellow technicians to troubleshoot issues, improve manufacturing processes, and support prototype and engineering changes.

Maintain production equipment, ensure a clean and organized work area, and perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Less than 2 years related experience

Technical degree (2 year)

Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%) Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Ohms law, operational amplifiers, and power supplies. Capable of calculating Current, Voltage and Resistance of circuits by hand.

Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills amongst shop floor and support staff.

Execute tasks per direction given.

Hands on expertise in assigned manufacturing process.
