Lite Magnesium Products, Inc., is seeking a skilled

MAINTENANCE CRAFTSMAN

to join our team, bringing expertise in various trades. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties:

Scholastic and work records will be considered. Will be required to work on all phases of plant maintenance. Hydraulics and electrical and pneumatic controls. Repair and replacement of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Pipe fitting (new and repair). Welding. Lift truck maintenance and repair. Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits (including the ability to read blueprints and schematics). Maintain an organized workspace and ensure tools and materials are properly stored. Must be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime. Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of various materials, tools and techniques relevant to the craft. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints or schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.

Pay:

$26.33 - $27.33 per hour
