We provide high-quality products and technical services to municipal water, wastewater, and industrial clients. Our core competencies include Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems, VFD retrofits, custom control panel design/builds, electrical engineering, PLC programming, preventive maintenance, and technical support solutions Position Summary Provide field installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for VFDs and automated control systems at municipal water, wastewater, and industrial facilities throughout the assigned territory. When not performing field service, this position operates from a home base, where the employee will complete administrative tasks, technical support, service documentation, and customer follow-up. Occasional overnight travel within the territory is required. Key Responsibilities Uphold DRV's commitment to integrity and exceptional customer service. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VFDs, electric motor controls, and automated control systems. Deliver on-site field service, technical support, and system commissioning for VFDs and DRV solutions. Diagnose electrical and control system issues and recommend effective solutions. Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Promote DRV products and solutions while developing strong customer relationships throughout the assigned territory. Work independently while coordinating with the engineering and service teams as needed. Qualifications Electrical technical or engineering background required. Experience with three-phase motor controls, VFDs, and industrial control systems. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, computer, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
