Operations Colleague Summary:

Hands-on manufacturing role responsible for assembling and preparing components through processes such as cable preparation, crimping, molding, cleaning, sealing, and finishing. Key Responsibilities

Perform precision crimping and cable cutting/preparation.
Assemble connectors, pins, cable assemblies, and molded components.
Perform chemical cleaning, sandblasting, epoxy preparation, and laser marking.
Follow technical drawings, procedures, and manufacturing specifications.
Develop basic solder termination skills.
Inspect and prepare parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Hand-crimping experience.
Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
