Diagnose & Repair:
Identify issues and perform quality repairs on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and climate control systems.
Use Advanced Tech:
Test-drive vehicles and utilize our brand-new diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Execute Work Orders:
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer warranty specifications.
Collaborate:
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers updated on repair timelines and additional service needs. What We Look For (Qualifications)
Experience:
2+ years of Service Technician experience (Ford dealership experience is highly preferred).
Certifications:
B-level qualifications (including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair).
Skills:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to easily learn new vehicle technologies.
Traits:
A positive, team-first attitude with excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Requirements:
High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
