RPM Staffing is hiring Final Assembly Operators! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to assemble, test, and inspect fiber optic components in a precision manufacturing environment. Job Duties Assemble and finish fiber optic connectors and components. Use microscopes, hand tools, and testing equipment. Perform quality inspections and optical testing. Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures. Record production and testing information. Identify and report quality issues. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Fiber optics, electronics, or precision assembly experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment with required PPE. Weekly pay!
