We're specifically targeting skilled operators who can set up their own machines—not just load parts and push buttons. • Monday
• Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm 2 nd Shift
• Monday
• Thursday, 3:30pm
• 2:00am
• Overtime available based on production needs, including Fridays & Saturdays What You Need
• 3-5 years of Amada Punch Press / Pega Laser experience preferred
• Must have machine setup experience
• Set tooling and machine parameters independently
• Set up and operate CNC punch/laser equipment
• Read blueprints, CAD drawings and work orders
• Adjust speed, power, focus and other cutting parameters
• Basic CNC program editing/troubleshooting
• Work with steel, stainless steel and aluminum
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers and gauges
• Troubleshoot quality issues and make machine adjustments
