Pay:

Starting at $22 during training with incentivizing program based on performance and ability to be paid based on production. Responsibilities Install and run fiber optic cables (aerial and underground) Assist with splicing and terminating fiber Use basic hand tools and equipment Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures Work outdoors in various weather conditions Read basic job layouts or be willing to learn

Requirements:

No experience required (training provided) Must have a valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (if applicable) Availability to work Monday-Friday and weekends Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
