Position Overview We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of laser and energy-based aesthetic devices who can train nurses, aestheticians, and providers on proper treatment protocols, safety standards, and best practices. Required Experience & Certifications
  • Current certification and documented training credentials in aesthetic laser technologies.
  • Experience training medical and aesthetic professionals.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment including, but not limited to: Thulium Laser Opus Plasma LaseMD Laser Hair Removal Systems IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) RF Microneedling Skin Resurfacing Technologies Other advanced aesthetic laser and energy-based devices Compensation $75 per hour Training Locations

  • Draper, Utah
  • Spanish Fork, Utah Responsibilities Conduct in-person clinical and operational training sessions.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and treatment protocols. Educate staff on safety procedures and best practices. Assess trainee competency and treatment knowledge. Support certification and training documentation when applicable. Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications Certified laser trainer or certified laser professional. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Experience working in medical spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practices preferred. Ability to travel between training locations as needed.
