TUBE LASER
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment to process metal tubes and pipes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts from the machine.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal cutting performance.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Record production data and report any machine issues to supervisors.
- Follow company safety policies and maintain proper housekeeping in the work area. Requirements for Laser Operators
TUBE LASER
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience operating laser cutting machines or CNC equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
