Electro/Mechanical Tech Kaukauna, WI | Full-Time | Approximately 50% Travel | Direct Hire About the Role This technical field-service role supports the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of regenerative thermal oxidizers and related industrial equipment. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, controls, and process issues while working directly with customers in industrial environments. The role combines approximately 50% travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico with in-house electrical and mechanical assembly. It offers hands-on exposure to combustion, controls, instrumentation, and process systems, along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, company-paid life and disability insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a PPE allowance. Key Responsibilities

• Commission regenerative thermal oxidizers and related equipment at customer facilities
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, and process-related issues
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance, inspections, and system audits
• Configure and support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, and control systems
• Assemble, wire, and test electrical panels and industrial equipment in a UL panel shop
• Build and install gas trains, conduit, instrumentation tubing, and process components
• Perform fan balancing, vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and equipment diagnostics
• Develop service reports, recommendations, and technical documentation
• Build strong customer relationships while maintaining close communication with the Technical Services team
• Travel independently throughout North America for field-service assignments Required Qualifications
• Electrical, mechanical, maintenance, or industrial service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico
• Valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in industrial environments

Pay:

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
