Mechanical Repair Technician Benefits:
Starting pay: $23-32 per hour. Additional compensation will be paid for any travel and fieldwork. Generous paid time off - 15 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, and 10 sick days 6% match on your 401K Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) on first day of employment Great health benefits Student debt reimbursement The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
Mechanical Repair Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the repair, testing, calibration and troubleshooting of industrial valves. Training will be provided. Verify measurements, calculate dimensions and verify tolerances. Complete valve repair and service reports. Rigging and hoisting valve and actuator components in compliance with OSHA standards. Travel, including overnights, as required throughout service territory via company vehicle. Other duties as required.
Mechanical Repair Technician Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED A valid driver's license and ability to be insured on company insurance Ability to meet physical requirements, including passing a DOT physical Must have legible writing, math and measurement skills
