Position:

As the Technical Projects Engineer, you will: Lead technical and CAPEX projects from concept, feasibility, and scope definition through execution, commissioning, handover, and closure

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contractor activities, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery

Deliver industrial automation and digitalization projects involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, drives, sensors, and industrial networks

Identify and implement Industry 4.0 opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and decision-making

Support operational excellence initiatives through Lean principles, Loss Elimination, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies

Ensure compliance with JTI engineering, quality, safety, IACS governance, and change management standards

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Finance, EHS, Maintenance, Procurement, IT, and external partners to deliver business objectives

Prepare business cases, technical reports, investment requests, presentations, and management updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial projects, automation, electrical maintenance, or manufacturing engineering

Good English

Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and automation, including PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, industrial communication networks, drives, and control systems

Foundational project management knowledge, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting

Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word What to expect:
