TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with Caterpillar's Electric Power Division to hire an Engineering Change Coordinator . This role will support engineering release, product lifecycle management (PLM), and engineering change processes while coordinating activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Responsibilities Manage engineering changes, documentation, and release activities within Teamcenter and SAP. Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation. Support product release and configuration management processes. Monitor change implementation schedules and ensure timely execution. Maintain engineering records and product data integrity. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support product changes. Assist with Teamcenter and SAP data management activities. Requirements Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or product development environments. Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of engineering change management, PLM processes, and configuration control. Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Experience with BOMs, product structures, and MRP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Griffin, GA. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Teamcenter and SAP integrations. Creo and AutoCAD experience. Knowledge of electrical power systems and power distribution.
