This is a 1st shift position paying $80K base salary with OT pay of $57.70 for any hours worked over 40. Responsibilities Troubleshooting PLC based automated machinery. Identifying and assessing software and hardware problems. Manage installation of new equipment and related systems. Supports the manufacturing and maintenance groups: including following up on machine issues, debugging and repairing machine control software, as well as suggesting and implementing alternatives to solve manufacturing and maintenance issues. Requirements Preferred, bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field; will consider strong experience in lieu of a degree. 2-4 years' experience working in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of programming arenas Rockwell / Allen Bradley RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000 Rockwell / Allen Bradley HMI Programming, Using Factory Talk View Studio Various Rockwell / Allen Bradley VFD's.

RSNetworx:

DeviceNet and Ethernet networks. Qualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of Ladder Logic, blueprints and schematics. Experience with Robotics and Mitsubishi PLC and HMI strongly preferred. Preferred AutoCAD experience is also strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures. They will be comfortable making decisions based on their experiences. The ability to use creativity in problem solving is a key component as is the flexibility to perform a variety of tasks.
