As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Electrical Engineer to support our R&D team in the development, validation, integration, and launch of electrical systems and components for next-generation vehicle platforms. What You Will Be Doing Support new product development projects by designing, integrating, validating, and launching electrical systems and components for commercial vehicle platforms Develop electrical schematics, specifications, and system designs while utilizing CAD tools to create and modify components and assemblies Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers to evaluate requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful project execution Provide hands-on support for installation, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of electrical systems including vehicle wiring, controls, HVAC, and related components Perform engineering analysis, inspections, and validation testing to ensure compliance with performance standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations What You Need for This Position Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems, components, and controls within a manufacturing, automotive, or vehicle environment Proficiency with 3D CAD software and the ability to modify components and assemblies Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, wiring systems, schematics, and engineering problem-solving methodologies such as A3, 8D, or similar tools Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with vehicle electrical systems, HVAC controls, wiper systems, or automotive diagnostics is highly preferred What's In It for You Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k with matching) and more!
