Job Description This Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for: Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic components and hardware systems Executing engineering projects involving electromechanical systems, power distribution, vacuum systems, high voltage, controls, robotics, and safety technologies. Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes, schedules, reviews, and validation plans Providing electrical engineering support to internal design teams and offshore engineering groups Analyzing equipment performance and conducting experimental testing to evaluate results Ensuring designs meet safety, industry, and customer requirements Selecting electrical components and equipment based on technical analysis and reliability requirements Reviewing supplier capabilities to support product development initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior Electrical Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of electrical or electronic hardware design experience Experience conducting technical design reviews Experience managing engineering change processes Knowledge of systems engineering, high-voltage, RF power, PCB design, or power distribution Proficiency with Altium, PADS, and PSpice Experience with Creo Schematic, Creo Cabling, AutoCAD, or Windchill preferred Semiconductor capital equipment experience preferred What's on Offer Medical, Dental, Vision Bonus Potential Broad technical scope across electronics, controls, robotics, and power systems Career growth opportunities Hands-on involvement throughout the full product development lifecycle Stable position in a rapidly growing semiconductor industry
