Description We are seeking an Automation Controls Engineer with 2-8 years of experience supporting industrial automation and process control systems. This position will focus on Emerson DeltaV, control system design, documentation, testing, commissioning, and qualification in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities Configure and implement Emerson DeltaV DCS systems Develop control system designs and programming Create lifecycle documentation in accordance with GMP standards Develop electrical panel, control architecture, and wiring drawings Review and redline P&IDs Perform control system testing Support onsite commissioning and qualification Troubleshoot control system issues Lead engineers and technicians during project execution Work with internal teams and customers to deliver control system solutions Qualifications 2-8 years of automation or controls experience Hands-on experience with current Emerson DeltaV systems Strong understanding of control system design and coding Experience with Microsoft Windows platforms Experience working in GMP-regulated environments Experience with electrical panels, wiring drawings, and control architecture Experience reviewing and redlining P&IDs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
