Do you thrive on finding and fixing the root cause of electrical issues? Can you read schematics and blueprints and translate them into safe, effective work? Are you committed to preventive maintenance and code compliance? What you'll handle Installation, maintenance, and repair of plant electrical systems and equipment. Rapid diagnosis and resolution of electrical problems to keep production on track. Use of drawings, schematics, and technical references to plan and execute tasks. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned outages. Strict adherence to electrical codes and safety procedures. Close collaboration with other trades and departments to deliver results efficiently. Accurate recordkeeping of all service, maintenance, and repair activities. Continuous learning to stay current with technology and best practices. What you'll need to succeed High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical technology preferred. Demonstrated experience working as an industrial electrician or similar. In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, systems, and components. Proficiency interpreting technical documentation and blueprints. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Electrician's license or certification is advantageous.
