Internship Assignment:
Full Time - Summer 2027 Start date: 05/17/2027 Assist the Maintenance department in analyzing equipment failures and identifying root causes Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM), including data collection and tracking Review and update maintenance work instructions, and equipment records Analyze downtime data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Participate in equipment inspections and condition monitoring activities Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability Help maintain and improve data accuracy within the CMMS (MaintainX) Project-MTBF rate improvement project
Internship Qualifications:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of spring 2027 semester Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Microsoft Office experience Familiar with 2D and 3D Drawing - AutoCAD/Inventor or similar Familiar with 5S / lean six sigma / lean manufacturing The company prohibits harassment or discrimination against any employee on the basis of any status protected by law, including, but not limited to, race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, gender, sex or veteran status.
