CAM Innovation is seeking an experienced Senior Controls Design Engineer to lead the design, and commissioning of control systems for custom machinery. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can independently drive projects from concept through startup. Position Overview As a Senior Controls Design Engineer, you will take full ownership of control system design. You will play a key role in strengthening our in-house engineering capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design complete control systems based on customer and internal specifications Select and size electrical components Support the creation of electrical schematics and layouts Develop Bills of Materials for purchasing and production Support machine startup, testing, and commissioning Troubleshoot systems and support customers and service team Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Qualifications BS in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, or similar preferred) 5+ years of experience in controls design and PLC programming a plus Proven ability to independently design and implement control systems Solid understanding of electrical controls, wiring, and component selection Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Willingness to travel for installations and customer support What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Supporting active machine builds Taking ownership of assigned controls design projects Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunity Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Why Join CAM? Pay:

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
