Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering. Minimum five (5) years of Principal-level experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems. Experience with containerization technologies, experience developing and implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms (e.g., FFT, beamforming, spectral analysis), experience in prototyping algorithms in MATLAB, Python, C, or C++. Experience integrating signal processing software with hardware sensor arrays. Demonstrated, hands-on experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Desired Experience:

Eight (8) or more years of Principal-level experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems, sonar signal processing, or underwater acoustics. Five (5) years of experience using microservices architecture and API design using interfaces, protocols, and data formatting.
