• Celebrate both individual achievements and collective wins About the Role As an Engineer within our Power & HVAC division, you'll provide technical expertise across multiple locations, supporting electrical engineering needs for contractors, commercial clients, and industrial partners.

• Design and develop electrical system plans for site-specific projects
• Create one-line diagrams, methods of procedure (MOPs), arc flash studies, and plot plans
• Evaluate site conditions and recommend suitable equipment solutions
• Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot field installation issues and provide practical resolutions
• Offer technical guidance and engineering support to our Power & HVAC sales team
• Deliver virtual and in-person technical training for technicians
• Review proposals for technical accuracy and feasibility
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a degreed electrical engineer
• EIT/EI certification or eligibility is a plus
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards
• Familiarity with power generation systems, especially diesel generators
• Knowledge of arc flash safety standards (NFPA 70E)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SKM, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients Why join us?
