Responsibilities and Accountabilities The Role:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be an essential member of our Maintenance, Technology, or Reliability Teams, driving technical solutions and innovations.

Your duties will include:

Technical Support

• provide day-to-day technical service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and reliable operations. Project Management
• Lead small design projects for the repair and replacement of electrical equipment and instrumentation. Design Initiatives
• Create comprehensive electrical and instrumentation design packages. Safety and Compliance
• Participate in safety studies and drive the Management of Chance (MOC) process. Team Collaboration

Principles for operational excellence. Skills & Knowledge Required Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university by December 2026 or May 2027. Minimum 3.0 GPA out of 4.0. Plant Experience through cooperative education or summer internships.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making. In-depth knowledge of electrical equipment, including motor controls, electrical systems, load flow, arc flash and other system studies. Ability to troubleshoot motor controls up to 4160 volts. Experience in sizing conduits, cables for motors, MCCs, feeders, etc. Prior work with outside vendors on coordination and electrical system studies Knowledge of instrumentation design (temperature, pressure, flow, control valves) from field to DCS systems Experience with Triconex PLCs is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation loops from field to DCS systems. Proficiency in the design and programming of control and interlock systems. Skills is sizing and selecting instruments and control valves.
