Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Electrical Technician for Little Rock AR. Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical circuit layouts for power distribution systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to build and troubleshoot products. Implement design modifications and correct errors to improve product performance. Communicate technical changes and instructions clearly to production operators and design engineers. Lead and collaborate with project teams on the production floor to deliver customized solutions. Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluation of built products to ensure quality standards. Provide recommendations for process improvements and root cause analysis of design issues. Create detailed technical work instructions to standardize procedures.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree (U.S.) or College Diploma (Canada) in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in electrical wiring, schematic reading, and working with detailed drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer software relevant to electrical design and documentation. Experience with quality control and process improvement initiatives.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily performed within a standard office environment, with ample lighting and comfortable conditions. Sedentary work with occasional standing, walking, bending, or stooping (up to 10% of the time). Use of hand tools required. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, calibrate measurements, and troubleshoot design issues. Pay Details:
