We're looking for a talented MEP BIM Coordinator (BIM/VDC) to join our state-of-the-art Digital Engineering Studio. If you have a passion for MEP trade coordination, AutoCAD and Revit, this is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team working on large-scale commercial and residential projects across NJ.

What You Will Be Doing:

\nCreating and managing detailed MEP BIM models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit\nCoordinating with engineers, designers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution\nReviewing and resolving clashes in coordination with other trades\nCoordinating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-builts for field installation\nEnsuring compliance with design standards, tolerances and specifications\nAssisting in training and mentoring junior designers/drafts\nProviding technical support to field teams to ensure smooth project delivery\n

Requirements:

\n2+ years of experience in

HVAC BIM/VDC

coordination\nAutodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAM/BIM program\nStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines\nKnowledge of MEP systems, sheet metal and piping layout\nAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environment\nExperience with Navisworks clash detection and reporting\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills\nUS Citizen or Green card holder
