We're looking for a talented MEP BIM Coordinator (BIM/VDC) to join our state-of-the-art Digital Engineering Studio. If you have a passion for MEP trade coordination, AutoCAD and Revit, this is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team working on large-scale commercial and residential projects across NJ.

What You Will Be Doing:

Creating and managing detailed MEP BIM models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Coordinating with engineers, designers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution Reviewing and resolving clashes in coordination with other trades Coordinating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-builts for field installation Ensuring compliance with design standards, tolerances and specifications Assisting in training and mentoring junior designers/drafts Providing technical support to field teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in

HVAC BIM/VDC

coordination Autodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAM/BIM program Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines Knowledge of MEP systems, sheet metal and piping layout Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment Experience with Navisworks clash detection and reporting Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills US Citizen or Green card holder
