JOB DESCRIPTION

What You Will Be Doing:
Creating and managing detailed MEP BIM models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Coordinating with engineers, designers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution Reviewing and resolving clashes in coordination with other trades Coordinating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-builts for field installation Ensuring compliance with design standards, tolerances and specifications Assisting in training and mentoring junior designers/drafts Providing technical support to field teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements:
2+ years of experience inHVAC BIM/VDC
coordination Autodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAM/BIM program Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines Knowledge of MEP systems, sheet metal and piping layout Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment Experience with Navisworks clash detection and reporting Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills US Citizen or Green card holder- no sponsorship available now or in the future
