Compensation Breakdown:

Hourly Rate:

$31-$41, based on experience

Annual Range:

$70,000-$110,000 with performance pay

Performance Bonuses:

Performance pay for hitting KPI's. Based on % of sales over baseline. Could easily be $20k over hourly.

4+ years of electrical trade experience required. 2-year degree in electrical technology or related field preferred. Knowledge of NEC codes, arc flash, and electrical safety standards. Strong communication skills and professional interaction with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Ability to perform physical field work, including climbing, kneeling, and prolonged standing. Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail preferred. Commercial and residential troubleshooting experience required. Flexible schedule availability as needed. Low-voltage experience (voice, data, fire alarm, etc.) is a plus. Self-motivated team player willing to take initiative and handle any task needed. Clean driving record and high personal integrity required. Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol screenings.

Core Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems with precision and efficiency. Communicate electrical solutions clearly to homeowners while building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience. Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, lighting installations, generators, and electrical safety inspections. Maintain accurate job documentation, estimates, and service records using company technology and systems. Collaborate with the team to uphold company standards, complete projects safely, and contribute to a positive work culture.
