Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team in Chandler, AZ.
This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Collaborates with program management, engineering, subcontracts/procurement functional management and supplier management teams to ensure that all procurements meet or exceed the requirements of external and internal customers. Defines the Supplier MA program within the scope of contract requirements and NGMS policies and processes. Coordinates and oversees Supplier Mission Assurance implementation over all program phases This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. In this job, you will: Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs. Perform or assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Assess program performance and risks and determine resources to ensure mission assurance. Other duties as assigned This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3. Basic Qualifications for Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience
OR•Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance Familiarity with customer and internal requirements implementation and flow-down Interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills Process improvement projects Experience developing and working to an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) Strong technical writing skills Basic Qualifications for Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience
OR•Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience•OR•PhD with 1 year of professional experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance Familiarity with customer and internal requirements implementation and flow-down Interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills Process improvement projects Experience developing and working to an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) Strong technical writing skills

$72,100.00

Secondary Level Salary Range:
$89,400.00

00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
