Our client, an aerospace and defense technology company, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting cross-functional engineering and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Support project execution, schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables. + Coordinate development activities across engineering teams. + Perform technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. + Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports. + Analyze test results and support validation and verification activities.
• What's Needed?
• + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline. + 3+ years of engineering experience. + Experience with product development, testing, or qualification activities. + Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions. + Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), or project coordination activities.
