Unlike traditional studios that simply rent rooms, Muzik411 Studios provides a collaborative environment where engineers, artists, producers, and creative professionals can build long-term relationships while growing their businesses. We are currently accepting applications for a limited number of engineers to join our Preferred Engineer Program.

Not a W-2 Employee Position The Preferred Engineer Program is designed for established audio engineers who already maintain an active client base and are looking for a professional studio environment to serve their clientele while gaining access to additional opportunities, referrals, networking, and business growth resources. This opportunity is best suited for engineers who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, business-minded, and capable of consistently generating their own clientele.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must understand that the following requirements are mandatory for participation in the Preferred Engineer Program. Failure to meet these standards may result in probationary review or removal from the program.
REQUIRED MONTHLY CLIENT ACTIVITY
Minimum 25 Hours of Personal Client Bookings Per Month Engineers must personally generate and complete a minimum of twenty-five (25) booked studio hours every month through their own clientele.

Existing Clients New Clients Repeat Clients Clients Generated Through Personal Marketing Clients Referred Directly To The Engineer This requirement is non-negotiable.

BOOKING COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT
All studio sessions must be booked and logged through the official Muzik411 Studios booking platform. No off-platform bookings are permitted.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT REQUIREMENT
Preferred Engineers are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times with: Artists Clients Guests Studio Staff Management Other Engineers Unprofessional conduct may result in immediate review of program eligibility.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Engineers are expected to handle all studio equipment with extreme care. Engineers may be held financially responsible for damages resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow studio procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition Preferred Engineers are expected to: Build and maintain a personal client base Generate new artist relationships Retain recurring clients Promote their engineering services Grow their monthly booked hours Recording Sessions Preferred Engineers are responsible for: Recording vocals and instruments Conducting professional sessions Managing session workflow Delivering a high-quality artist experience Maintaining organized projects and files Client Communication Responsibilities include: Scheduling sessions Confirming bookings Following up with artists Managing expectations Building long-term relationships Technical Responsibilities Engineers should be comfortable with: DAW Operation Recording Workflows Session Setup Signal Flow Gain Staging Microphone Techniques Troubleshooting Equipment Troubleshooting Software Importing And Exporting Sessions Session File Management Studio Responsibilities Preferred Engineers must: Follow all booking procedures Follow all studio rules Maintain studio cleanliness Protect equipment Report technical issues immediately Ensure clients follow studio policies

All sessions must be properly scheduled, documented, and reflected on the studio calendar. Membership Requirement Membership Must Remain Active And In Good Standing Requirements include: Monthly Membership Fee Paid In Full Compliance With Studio Policies Compliance With Program Expectations Compliance With Equipment Usage Policies Professional Conduct Requirement Preferred Engineers must maintain professional conduct at all times with: Artists Clients Guests Studio Staff Management Other Engineers Professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and respectful communication are expected at all times. Equipment Responsibility Requirement Preferred Engineers are expected to handle all studio equipment with extreme care and professionalism. Engineers may be held financially responsible for damages resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized modifications, reckless behavior, or failure to follow studio procedures.
GOOD STANDING REQUIREMENT
To remain a Preferred Engineer, members must continuously maintain: ✓ Minimum 25 Personal Client Booking Hours Per Month ✓ Active Membership Status ✓ 100% Booking Platform Compliance ✓ Professional Conduct ✓ Compliance With Studio Rules And Policies ✓ Responsible Equipment Usage Failure to maintain these standards may result in probationary review, suspension of referral opportunities, or removal from the Preferred Engineer Program.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
