$130,000 Hiring an Electronics Test Engineer to develop and automate functional test programs for both custom and off-the-shelf hardware.
This role focuses on validating hardware, software, and system-level designs while improving overall test efficiency. You will develop test code, collaborate with design and production teams, and create routines that evaluate products across a wide power range. The position also includes testing digital communication interfaces Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automated test software to validate electronic assemblies to design requirements
Provide testability input to Engineering during new product development
Support manufacturing test activities for analog, digital, and embedded devices
Design and develop code for test fixtures used in power electronics testing
Develop new test processes, methodologies and facilities to improve quality, reduce cycle time, and lower product costs
Collaborate with Analog and Digital Design Engineers, Product Management, Sales, and Production teams
Support testing of network interfaces, including CAN EtherCat and RS 485 Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology
Experience writing code to automate test routines for electronic assemblies
Experience with data acquisition, serial communication, and related programming interfaces
Familiarity with bench-top electronic test equipment
Object-oriented programming experience in a text-based language such as C++ or C#
TCP IP communication experience
