Activities:
  • Perform repair and maintenance on tablet presses, tablet coaters, encapsulation machines, and related accessories.
  • Conduct user-end training to reduce contract dependency for the same equipment.
  • Handle all service emergencies and necessary communications with Vendor and Service Department.
  • Assist ordering parts and supplies necessary to service equipment.
